The Cumberland townhomes are the second half of the development planned by Chappell [Powered by Compass] in collaboration with Concept 8. The first Gregg Street homes are on schedule to deliver in 2022, with the Cumberland offerings following after. With all of the townhomes at the Gregg Street locale under contract, the Cumberland & Gregg development is officially 50% pre-sold.
